Day Porter Services for Winnipeg Workplaces (FTE Retainer)

Scope

Named day porters are embedded in your daytime operations to keep common areas guest-ready at all times:

• • Lobby and common area wipe-downs, scenting, and presentation checks every rotation.
• • Restroom re-touches and restocking aligned to par levels; incident response within minutes.
• • Spill, debris, and bio-response cleanup with isolation signage and escalation to supervisors.
• • Meeting room and tenant space quick-turns (tables reset, dishes collected, glass spot checked).
• • Midday waste and recycling pulls, parkade/entrance patrols, and vestibule salt/sand touch-ups.
• • Tenant request triage through your helpdesk, radio, or SMS workflow.

Exclusions

Day porters focus on cleaning and presentation, not building systems or specialty trades:

• • No exterior window cleaning (interior spot cleaning remains in scope).
• • No machine floor refinishing at launch (stripping, burnishing, auto-scrubbing).
• • No security guard duties or building engineering tasks (alarm resets, HVAC, etc.).

Options & Add-Ons

• + Consumables managed at cost + 12% handling with weekly par level audits.
• + Backup coverage pool (relief or event porter) activated per Statement of Work.
• + Daytime High-Touch Disinfection rounds with logged contact times.
• + Integrated Nightly Janitorial team for seamless hand-off and after-hours resets.

Service KPIs

• ✓ Daily start/end-of-shift check-ins recorded in the client portal.
• ✓ On-site supervisor or account manager walkthroughs weekly with action logs.
• ✓ Helpdesk ticket acknowledgement within 15 minutes; resolution ETA communicated within the hour.
• ✓ Relief coverage confirmation at least 24 hours before scheduled PTO or absences.
