High-Touch Disinfection Services for Winnipeg Workplaces

Scope

High-touch disinfection is delivered as an add-on to nightly janitorial or day porter services:

• • Targeted rounds for doors, elevator controls, handrails, restroom fixtures, shared equipment, and reception counters.
• • Use of Health Canada DIN-registered disinfectants selected for material compatibility.
• • Strict adherence to label contact times and mechanical action where required.
• • Round logging with timestamp, technician initials, chemistry batch, and zones completed.
• • Escalation protocol for outbreak-level response (additional frequencies and isolation cleaning).

Exclusions

Disinfection rounds complement cleaning; they do not replace other specialty services:

• • No exterior window cleaning (interior glass touchpoints remain in janitorial scope).
• • No machine floor refinishing at launch (partner quoted if outbreak cleaning requires it).
• • No electrostatic fogging unless activated via partner add-on.
