Nightly Janitorial Services for Winnipeg Offices & Workplaces

Scope

Documented nightly checklists are tailored to your floor plans and security protocols. Core tasks include:

• Restroom and washroom sanitization (fixtures, partitions, floors) with DIN chemistry.
• High-touch surface wipe-downs for doors, handrails, elevator buttons, shared equipment.
• Waste, recycling, and compost removal with fresh liners and dock consolidation.
• Floor care: HEPA vacuuming, dust mopping, and damp mopping of hard surfaces.
• Break areas, kitchens, and boardrooms reset (counters, sinks, appliance fronts, tables).
• Interior glass spot cleaning, entry vestibules, and touchpoint vestibule detail.
• Supply restocking (paper, soap, sanitizer) and open/close procedures per SOW.

Exclusions

Core service intentionally excludes items best handled via specialty crews or partner trades:

• • No exterior window cleaning (interior glass spot cleaning remains in scope).
• • No machine floor refinishing at launch (stripping, burnishing, auto-scrubbing).

Specialty requests are coordinated through partner providers and quoted separately.

Options & Add-Ons

• + Consumables (paper, liners, soap) supplied at cost + 12% handling with monthly usage reporting.
• + High-Touch Disinfection rounds can be appended on-demand (logged by time, zone, and product).
• + Day Porter (FTE) coverage for daytime resets and tenant support.
• + Partner-provided machine floor work (scrubbing, refinishing) quoted per occurrence.

Service KPIs

• ✓ Supervisor inspections a minimum of once per month with photo notes shared in the client portal.
• ✓ Ticket acknowledgement within 2 business hours; corrective action target under 24 hours for priority issues.
• ✓ Quarterly service reviews covering staffing, consumable usage, and satisfaction scores.
• ✓ Site logbooks maintained on-site with nightly checklist sign-off.
